IT Coordinators

We are very open in helping you finding solution for your IT needs and issues. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any information or help.
Ticketing System
We recommend that you send requests via mail to

ticketing system. In the
customer portal you can also see all tickets of the people your are responsible for.

Getting Started
When you are a new IT Coordinator you are invited to contact
Luca Previtali for a in introduction and to meet with all members of
isginf.
Delegation of Additional Tasks
For convenience
isginf can delegate some common tasks to IT Coordinators. We warmly encourage you to perform following tasks autonomously:
- Management of user accounts (create/delete users, set quota, set expiration date, etc.)
- Management of DHCP and DNS entries
These tasks are simple and are done a lot quicker if you do them instead of sending requests.
Guidelines and Processes
A few guidelines regulate the ETH and D-INFK IT Infrastructure usage and management. You can find the most important documents
