Ticketing System
All mail to
support@inf.ethz.ch goes to our
online ticketing system directly where it is handled by our service desk. If you walk into our offices or call us we typically will create a ticket on your behalf to record your request or issue.
When reporting a problem please be specific and include all relevant information and explain what exactly is not working and what you did so we can reproduce the problem.
Lending Items
Booked multimedia resources as well as a small number of other
lending items can be obtained at our service desk.
Please bring your student or staff ID along!
Warehouse
Our
warehouse is open 24/7 for all
ITCs to pick up ordered items and select various common IT materials from our self service drawer cabinet.
